It sounds to me like he was trying to manipulate you into stripping for him by threatening to send a video to your mom, which is pretty sleazy. It is a good thing you didn't strip for him, because then he'd potentially have another video to use against you or worse, distribute. If you were my daughter and someone like that sent a video to me, I'd nail his hide to the barn door.
It is most likely that sending that video to your mom would be more trouble for him than it would be for you. You're looking at being grounded or having your Internet privileges cut off. Since he is an adult, he's looking at the possibility of legal problems related to pornography and the sexual exploitation of a minor. I would not continue talking to him.
I would suggest not doing anything on the Internet that you don't want to be public. Cam broadcasts can be recorded and there are people out there who are not what you think they are. Be smart and stay safe.

I think he is just trying to intimidate you into stripping for him and he probably has no video of you. I would ignore him from now on. If he does have a video and sends it to your mom, tell her what happened and then contact the police. This guy is a real jerk - stay away from him.

email him a virus to ravage his computer, be sure to save the file name as something that he would open/install...i.e. "mestripping.exe" or something similar, rather than "virus.exe," dont know if the file extension will be .exe, but used it as an example.

Yes, tell your mom and go to the police. Don't let it go on, he's probably doing it to other people too.

If you are 14 and he has a video of you naked that is child pornography. If you are really worried about it talk to your parents and the police.

go to the cops. you have the right of privacy. if you weren't doing it for provocative reasons you can also explain this to your mom and get her to help you out. just don't make mistakes like that again. and make sure that guy stays away from you, he can be dangerous.

Well, first of all, I wouldn't believe that he actually has it. If you are positive, then what would your mom do? Its not that you were going to put it all over the Internet saying "omg! l00k @ m3! 1m s000 hot!". Whatever you do, do NOT strip for him or anything on camera. I don't think that there's any way he could get it if you weren't broadcasting. Please, please, please don't do anything stupid.

Don't strip for him...he probably doesn't have anything. You could probably contact the police and have him arrested...I would definitely do that.
