We're making these calls at random ... hundreds of thousands of them ... to ordinary people - powerful people had these calls about ten years ago and we followed them up. All the Presidents, Kings, Queens and Prime Ministers on the planet know about this.
It's nothing to worry about, I have to stress that at the outset, we've been training for this for generations, ever since it was noticed that technology here was becoming automated - steam power onwards, we knew that you were on the road to the stars then and there.
We've been settling here, getting to know you, and the cultures. We're in every country on Earth we do big things, we do small things, we sometimes are slobs quite frankly but now we're stepping up the plans.
1. Let people hear that they're not alone
2. Spread the word globally in any manner you can that there's nothing to worry about, we're just .... people, you know, like anyone else .... except I've got no lungs and 'breathe' through my skin, but I look exactly like you, you'd never be able to single me out in a crowd.
3. Announce Earth's arrival into the Cosmic Community (Yes, it really is called that and in English ... we like English) and ask if we can arrive officially.

were you alone, if you were just laugh a their stupidity.
but if you weren't, how did they know unless they were the person you were with. which means you would have seen them phone you. so i think your just trying to trick us into making a fool of ourselves
