I give my wife 3 1/2 inches of THE HARDEST weiner she has ever had in her life.....not to mention the fact that I am always licking her neck and I never get any responce? Please help!

did you really have to mention the 3 and a half inches. Just gonna let you know, you might have people say mean things to you because of that. Anyway, no matter how small a guy is (not saying you are small), a healthy, satisfied woman enjoys sex with her husband. Now, if she isn't healthy or if she is not happy (and this could be a personal problem- not your fault) then you run into problems. Of course, talk to her. Ask her if she is stressed or sick. Or maybe she is angry at you. communication is always key. Especially for women. Also make sure to treat her kindly. Be affectionate. Be loving. No wife wants to make love to a jerk.

Read the Heit report and also, works by Master and Johnson. You have to learn but sexual techniques and variety, plus how to romance a lady and create the mood. A hard one, and you are hard, as you say, but you are not endowed very well, still can arouse a woman who is in deep passion, which she isn't. Perhaps, you have to go to counseling both of you. The problem is perhpas not the sex, but passion missing.

Maybe it because you do it the same way every time, its not like she a robot you know show more affection and try some different things she might be bored with the same old routine

She has other body parts too, try licking and kissing them too, her lips, breasts, stomach, inner thighs, also you have hands and fingers don't you, caress her, use your fantasy, sex is a game...At least it should be. :-)
Or you could just ask her, the next time you will be in bed tell her to tell you where she wants to be kissed and caressed.

go to a specialty store (or online) and buy a "toy" to help get her excited and keep her pleased. try planning a romantic night. tease her and then leave her hanging... she will come back for more. just make it fun!!
