Being Greek I'm used to eating right off the grill or roastery. Most of the times, if I'm hungry enough, I have a way of eating the hot food without burning myself so no I do not blow..

Yeah, when it's for my duaghter. When it's for me I usually bite the hot food, burn my mouth and try to blow on the food while it's already in my mouth, you know from the back of my throat!! This is the reason I HATE hot food, when I'm ready to eat I wanna eat that's it!!

My mom taught me to blow on my food to cool it down, so I still do. Don't know if it works though.

If it is hot of course I do. I do not want to burn my mouth and not be able to taste for three days. Been there done that. Not pleasant.

Cool question.
But no I don't, if they feel my breath on them they will get away before I have the chance to eat them.
