There is NO way to know you are pregnant 8 days after having sex. It can take that long for the egg to be fertilized and implant in the uterine lining. Wait about another week and then test. ANY over-the-counter home pregnancy test is accurate about 14 days after the risk. If you are indeed pregnant, and you live in the US, you have the RIGHT to seek an abortion. Don't let these lifers guilt you into anything, including adoption. You won't magically become maternal just because you stayed pregnant. Also, have you looked at the statistics for the American adoption system lately? Every newborn put up for adoption screws over an older child ROTTING in the system. It is far more humane to terminate a pregnancy when the embryo/fetus has no sense of consciousness and is not capable of feeling pain than to subject a feeling, conscious PERSON to life as a ward of the state. Unfortunately, if you are unhealthy and non-white, even if you did give birth, your offspring are less likely to be adopted than white, healthy babies.

Once pregnant the only way u can stop it is through abortion. morning after pill can be taken but have to be within 72 hours of unprotected sex and the longer u leave it the less effective it is. hence the name. MORNING AFTER PILL. u should go and talk to someone in family planning about ur options. dont try any of these home made remedies some people give cause all u might do is end up harming the baby but still carry it to term and it would have to live with disabilities because of ur actions. good luck.

If you are asking this question, you shouldn't be having sex. If you believe that you can tell you are pregnant after 8 days of having sex... I would advise you to stay away from being naked with someone else.

If you don't know that if this riiculous theory were true that you can tell you are pregnant this early I say run away from the opposite sex. You are dangerous to your self...

First of all you can't findout your pregnant until about 2 weeks along at the very earliest. Second, if you want to terminate a pregnancy, you shouldn't be having sex to start with. I hate that people make the choice to have sex but don't accept the responsibility's that come with it.

eight days is way too early to tell, the egg would just be implanting in the uterus around this time. the only way to stop a pregnancy is abortion, but why don't you wait to see if your actually pregnant before you start freaking out.

However, I doubt it's possible to know you are eight days pregnant. If some girl is telling you she's pregnant and the first time you had sex with her is only eight days ago ... be very suspicious!

That's too late for the "morning after pill." At this point the egg should be fertilized. The only way to "stop the pregnancy" at this point would be to terminate. Of course, using a condom would prevent this worry all together.

Well, just because you had sex eight days ago, does not mean that it is eight days after ovulation. Do you know that you had sex around your ovulation time? Well, if you did, it would still be too early to test. You need to at least miss your period. Some test can test before you miss your period, but they are only below 50% accurate. It is really a waste of money to test before you miss your period. Hope that helps!
