Do all the stuff you don't have time to do when you are otherwise engaged with your friendds...
Make some new friends, go to a park you have never visited before, go to the library, see what it is like to do stuff on your own without the distraction of other people - it can be very interesting. Or just sit in front of you screen and whine... now that is boring. Do something for someone else who needs help without having to ask you for it. That would feel really good. It would be even better to do it on the sly and surprise them. It is always fun to do good things for others without their knowledge...it is amazing to watch their reaction and try to figure out who it was. Rearrange your room, get rid of stuff that you no longer use, sort stack and organize your stuff... lots to do if you look for it.

read, clean the house, wash the dishes, do the laundry, go swimming, go to the movies, bowling, library,museum, volunteer at a nursing home or assisted living facility,babysit, watch a movie, answers, sun bathe, walk te dog, wash the car, bake something, coloring book and crayons, listen to music,organize your closets and drawers, surprise your family with dinner...read a magazine....talk on the telephone,watch TV.....hike,go for a walk for some fresh air.

yes, i always have this feeling , so i attended a training class , this not only can kill time but also can promote personal lore. you can have a try .
