I'm in my 30's and yes definitely I'm a late bloomer. I've missed out on a lot due to my being timid and most of the time I was just scared about what people might think of me so I really never got to enjoy anything or did anything I really would have wanted to do. This includes sexual experimentation. Also the fact that I was brought up around "prayerful" people (if you know what I mean).

There's nothing wrong with "experimenting". Be safe & honest with people and have fun, that's all there is to it.
I'm thinking you were raised to not so such things and that's why you are nervous about what you can and can't do. Don't let people tell you what you can and can't do.
Have a great time.

you must do what you feel in your heart is the right thing to do. however, there are always risks which must be considered in any form of experimentation. suggest you weigh the pros and cons before proceeding and then figure out a logical way to protect yourself from disease and injury the best you can before proceeding.

Our Heavenly Father gave us the law of chastity for our happiness, not for any arbitrary reason. Any violation of this law, while possibly bringing short term pleasure, ultimately will bring misery and regret.
