Vice Grip makes long narrow jaw clamping pliers that is easy to push into the rubber around the stud to get a firm grip to pull them out. As the other person said it takes time but it works. Channelock makes a curved wire cutter that may work also to grab and pull the studs.

Why? Just don't run em in summer.
They are just pressed in. they are sort of bullet shaped and a small lip holds them in. They are a pain to put in, and they're a pain to get out. All the time and effort spent isn't worth saving a couple bucks.
