My reaction would be to look back at the various interactions I have had with you and to look for the telltale signs of how , when the change was started. My actions, my thoughts , my feelings , my relationship, .... what were those that made you say that and not treat me as yet another in your life.Once I am convinced of the reason I will respond positively.
Love does not start just like that . It is a slow process and passes many a tests . Love , as aword , is also thoroughly misunderstood. to some love means only physical love. To some it is platonic. For a good number of people it means a desire for a longer lasting relationship , which might also include a physical relationship.

Shocked, belivered, aghast, suspicious, eye balls piped out of sockets and than trembling, shivering, chocking, gasping for breath, holding wall for support, drenched goose pimples all over,AND than I will move inch by inch forward , looking right into eyes in total disbelief and would say dear dear just hold me before I faint and I will say "Me too"

I would feel myself very pleasant, and I maybe would tell you "I'm starting to love you too, tell me something about you, let's get to know each other closer."
As you can see, positive emotion give birth to lots of positive words in return. Thank you.
