Hello, we have a large family, run our own business and do lots of travelling. We currently have a mercedes traveliner (9 seats) which is OK and before that a Toyota landcruiser (8 seats), but we need at least another seat! we thought we may just go for a 12 seater as we also use for business, but we cant find anything other than a ford transit? is that really the only new 10/12 seater we can buy?? Thanks in advance

Most 2.8 to 3.5 tonne vans will have minibus versions, with between 9 and 17 seats.

Look up any of the following:
Ford Transit (there is also a luxury derivative called Tourneo)
LDV Maxus
Renault Trafic
Renault Master
Vauxhall/Opel Vivaro
Vauxhall/Opel Movano
Fiat Ducato
Peugeot Boxer
Citroën Jumper/Relay
Mercedes-Benz Vito
Mercedes-Benz Sprinter

Its probably wont look pretty but the Ford econoline or Dodge Sprinter should be able to hold these amounts. You may need to check with the commercial dept of the dealerships for these types of vehicles

You will be struggling to find anything pretty at that sort of size, however, a few options;

Vauxhall Vivaro
Fiat Ducato

The 2nd link below is probably yur best option
