Entertain to me means pure enjoyment. Sadly, my favorite entertainer was the late Red Skelton. He had the most enjoyable, cleanest sense of humor that was fit for kids of all ages. As a young kid, I remember some of his movies. My friends and I would stay hidden in the back of the theater seats when the movie was over. When the movie came on again, after about 15 minutes, we would move down the aisle and sit in different seats. Just so we could laugh ourselves silly watching this wonderful entertainer.

Frank Sinatra. No one has been able to match his voice range, singing style and emotion that he put into his songs. His talent won't be repeated by someone else.

Tie between Elvis and Frank Sinatra. I've seen them both in concert (Sinatra twice) and they were true "entertainers."
