What are the best spas within an hour or so of Tampa. What did you like about it and what did you do while you were there? Looking to go with a couple of friends for one of their birthdays. Thanks!

The Canyon Ranch spa in the Gaylord Palms Hotel at Walt Disney World. Canyon Ranch is world famous and they know how to do a spa. Very relaxing "modern Florida-style" accommodation and plenty to do if you want it in terms of non-spa activities.
