I think for the most part they are COMMUNISTIC. I understand the smoking rules in restaurants. BUT IN BARS, Give me a break. I understand smoking or NOT in another persons, car or home. BUT MY TRUCK or HOME. FORGET it. You don't like me smoking hold your breath. OH and for all you NON - smokers and the new smoking laws being made. Where pray tell do you think the money is going to come from that the states are NOW going to LOSE from the taxes they NO LONGER will get? Answer that one smart people. Oh forget it, let me. THEY (governement) are going to make NEW TAXES for you. So go ahead and stop us smokers.

We already have it here and i think it's the way to go, if you want to smoke then do it in your own space - public places are for everyone, people who are ill, children etc and it's not fair that everyone should have to suffer the smoke from people who choose to pollute there own lungs now is it??

This come from and ex smoker!!

I don't smoke so i love the ban, but you should be able to smoke were and when you want. I think alot of places are going to lose business.

From a waitress's point of view, I think that it sucks. There is definitely a drop in sales and it has put a damper in my income.
