this is an interesting question
i have a theory.
even though we have global warming & everyone thinks that england will get warmer, i think that we will just get warm tropical wet weather. in summer & wet cold weather in winter ,i think this is as good as it's going to get .
england is well known for wet weather ,so why would it get better.

kendoe brazo3zero...........I think you've hit the nail on the head with your theory.
Winters are warmer and stormier.
The start of summer is getting wetter.
The height of summer is getting hotter.
The growing season is lasting much longer.

Hopefully the grandchildren will be able to sort our mess out.
