I saw on TV that they are imitating the vowels that we say most often, hence, gaga with the a and Agoo with the o.

A babies language development starts in this way because they are the easiest sounds for a baby to make. Daddy is usually the first word because the development allows the D sound first. I think that when a baby makes these sounds they really do believe they are telling you something. You can see them thinking before the speak. Its a lovely stage of there development.

they don't. mine said different sounds like mmmmmaaammmmmm or tttuuuuttttuuuuuu. Depends on the child an we will never know what they mean as we forget what they meant by the time we grow up and learn new words that everyone agrees make sense!!

jaw a tongue still developing along with not knowing how to speak like you learning a different language...some words take practice to get muscles to move in the right order

"gaga" - means please change my a r s e as it's gaga'd up with s hi te.

"Agoo" - is a common responce when the b oo bs come out for lunchtime, (that actually carries on in males, especially in lap dancing clubs)

Mine said dada first and it's because it's the easiest thing to say. Anything else is just feed me or change me.

i was always told that when a baby is starting to verbalise they try out different sounds and it all sounds the same to us but apparently not to them. they then expand on that to form words that mean something to us.

gaga means bottle, burp, and change diaper in that order.
and agoo means "i love you, mom (Or dad)"
