Is it really better to have loved and lost than to never really love at all?

to meet that certain someone that you value more than yourself,,to hold that person and not seeing yourself let go,,to share everything and hope that it'll be that way forever ,,is the most wonderful feeling,,,but then to lose it,,,sweetie that is the most hardest thing..because you know what you will not have anymore......

Yes it is better I think ... because I wouldn't be me if I hadn't! plus thats how I know if something feels right or it don't ... havin' loved and lost has made me a better person I think .. does any of that make sense? ; )

I used to think so, but I have met my soulmate and could not imagine losing them. so i don't think this way anyway, i want to love and keep.
