i have some problems with my bathroom, is it great idea to install wainscoting there?

Yes but if using unfinished wainscoting be sure to apply a couple of coats of polyurethane to prevent moisture problems.

I have a sunroom with beaded vinyl below the chairrail. It looks just like wainscoating, but it is more moisture resistant. I put this in there because I have a hot tub in there. It has worked great.
