Yes, you can hear their natural accents when they sing. But it is very slight, for both of them. They are not considered to have strong accents.
The U.S. is a very big place, and most people here speak with some sort of accent, even if they were born and raised here. For example, people in Texas have a different accent than those in Louisiana, or New York, or California. For an example of a "pure" American accent, try watching American news television. TV journalists usually speak without any regional accents - that way, more people can understand them easily.
Your English seems very good! I hope you were able to understand what I wrote. If not, feel free to write me a message.

Yes, they both sing with a slight accent when compared to most American singers.
Shakira is Colombian, therefore she has a spanish accent when she sings in english. Although even when she sings in spanish an accent is there as well. In the latin music world her voice is considered unique.
Rihanna is originally from Barbados. So she has a Caribbean accent. Although it isn't strong enough for her to not be understood.

Yes, they do have an accent. Shakira's sounds like a Latin accent (not surprising) and Rihanna's accent is kind of different from other singers of the same genre. I can understand your English.

They do! Shakira is from Columbia and Rihanna is from the Caribbean, so they do have accent, not everybody does (when they sing) but they have an accent. By the way, you're English is very good, don't get too worried with that, you're ok.

Yes, Shakira is from Colombia so ya I guess you can hear somewhat of a Spanish accent. Rihanna is from Barbados where English is spoken, probably with it's own accent.

You can hear Shakira's "accent"
I don't know if it's an accent or just the way she chooses to sing, like country singers all have that weird sound.
Shakira definitely has a different sounding voice though.
But no, Rhianna doesn't have an accent. She pronounces word's differently, probably because her music is RnB or Urban or whatever you want to call it. But it's not an accent.

Yes my Dear.
Both sing with accent; but if I am not wrong ALL singers have an accent to be "DIVERSE" AND "INVENT A NEW STYLE".
kisses.

i think of i consider you.. she is now somewhat too commercialised... i bear in mind the days of Ojas si (wish thats the final spelling).. i enjoyed that previous spanish photograph she had.. yet each of an analogous, the lady have been given expertise i cant take that faraway from her, gues she's only tryna accomodate a much broader aim industry by making a music in english..
