This depends mainly on where you live. Real work-at-home jobs (not these scams wildly advertised on the Internet) are mostly available to USA, Canada, UK residents only. You can have some information about it visiting my Blog. (see at my Profile)
If you have English writing skills and a good background in MS Office and Excel you can find freelance work online quite easily.
