Average penis is 12-15 cm erect. There is a medical condition called 'micro penis' which is 6cm. There is also some good experamental treatment going to help men with this condition. A large penis is anything above 24cm. The largest recorded to date is 32 cm and he has major problems because no woman can take him. Comfortable would be between 10cm and 20cm. But it is so how you use it and not the size.

Average is 5.5-6 erect, and I prefer 7-8 inches erect. You do your own math.~
