i have a loads of sympathy for you.... I know how bad a hangover is. why do people constantly say "oh it's your own fault, blah blah blah..." I know it's my own bloody fault! do they think telling me thats going to help matters? have they never had to suffer a hangover before?!? self righteous b*******s!!
anyway, just try to drink loads of water, but don't gulp it down coz that will make you spew. and if u smoke, well don't. no matter how much u want to. it will only make u feel worse. and I've always found that a banana takes the edge off things. God knows why. Also, u could try to fake a real illness and get off work early. Hope feel beeter soon, keep ur chin up!!

Gator aid or some other sports drink with vitamins and minerals. Your head hurts because drinking alcohol makes you dehydrated and vitamin D deficient. These drinks work much better than simple water. Take Ibuprofen (Advil) when your stomach is up to it.
The best thing to do is take a multi-vitamin and two Advil the night before and drink the sports drink all morning. Since you are already at work, you must catch up.
Nothing will make you normal until you get your chemistry back into balance and get plenty of sleep.
Here, let me try a little sympathy: You poor little dope! Sorry, that's the best I could muster.

Lucky girl! Drink waer til you feel like you're going to burst. Then drink more. Every time you go to toilet, drink mor water. You need to seriously rehdrate yourself, and help dilute the toxins that your body is busy geting out of you!!!

Drink Gatorade or any Sports Drink, it rehydrates your body faster compared to drinking water alone. Alcohol can dehydrate the body so you need to replenish your body fluids.

Drink lots of Gatorade before and after you drink... It helps to keep you hydrated and keeps your electrolytes up. The dehydration is the main cause of the head ache.
Feel for ya... I get wicked hang overs too.

Get your hands on a multivitamin, some tylenol, and drink plenty of water. You'll feel at least a little better soon.
