U need to imagine a situation that u are walking away from. Maybe a break up with a friend after a row U start to walk away. He/she calls ur name. U turn round to see them being run over or killed in some way.U feel that u could maybe have saved them. The effect of seeing them killed means that U will never look back again. Or, U could look in Greek mythology, for the story of Orpheus and Eurydice. Eurydice died, so Orpheus went to the underworld to claim her back. He was such a good musician that Hades allowed him to take his wife home on the condition that he didn't look back at her until they were back in the open air. He looked back too soon, and lost her forever. Hope this helps.
