I live in az. My office has an west exsposure and is the furthest room from our ac unit. Couple that with the fact that my pc has so much hardware in it it could double as a space heater and my office feels like an oven.
Anyone have any green suggestions to cool the place down?

check into a "swamp cooler". According to Wikipedia: Evaporative coolers (also called air, swamp, or desert coolers) are cooling devices which use simple evaporation of water in air.
Keep in mind this WILL add humidity to your household... but being that you are in AZ I would think that you may have heard of this by now...

But anywho, it is (supposedly) cheaper to run than traditional a/c. Maybe it's worth a shot?

Go to the other rooms and close their vents a bit to force the air to your office. If anyone objects, tie them to a chair and make them sit in the window for a couple of hours. I had one of "those" offices once and it's not a joke. You deserve to be comfortable at work. Green or not, I would order, on them, a fan to put somewhere that will blow into your office and then ceiling fans in your office or just cut a hole in the wall and get your own unit put in there. You're worried about green, I'd be worried about my cleaning bill. You can't be as productive as you should be when it is hot. You will find that someone thinks its funny you're sweating or something would have been done about it already. I don't believe in complaining to bosses but it is time to speak up. . .

Shade the western wall to reduce the heat coming in through the wall - not sure about your building but if it is single storey plant some trees, that way you get shade and the tree can suck up some of the CO2 from your air conditioner! Another idea is to paint the western wall a light colour to reflect some of that heat. If you have a window, put up curtains to block some of that heat.

Use a fan either ceiling or free standing the extra air movement will cool your body, especially if you have been sweating.

Get you a pedestal fan and put in in the doorway and let the cooler air be drawn in.I would get me a temperature gage and show the boss how hot it is in there. That can't be good for you.Why work and be miserable, let them know.Maybe your a/c isn't working...
