I honestly think MCR lost some of their image when the newest album came out; I was so disappointed.
new MCR isn't as great as they used to be. and the new MCR is totally falling apart. Bob was set on fire, Mikey had a breakdown, the band almost broke up, etc. oh well. everyone's entitled to their own opinion. I personally just miss old MCR, the ones who used to sing about vampires and massacres.
by the way. to those of you who classify MCR as emo or punk or some bull like that, you're wrong. they're alternative, don't try to pump them up to something they're not. emo shouldn't even be a music genre and real punk is dead. have a good day. [:

My honest opinion... Emo sucks and so does My Chemical Romance. I wouldn't have answered but the question ended up in the geology section.
I recommend you start listening to Guttermouth and Screeching Weasel. Real punk rock bands, not this off-shoot crap that makes me stab my ears with hypodermic needles.

YES! they're my favorite band and they always will be. a big plus side is that gerard, frankie, and mikey are all so hot! (but especially gerard.) but really, they are the BEST BAND EVER!
