Is it true that most pets resemble their owners in some way? I've heard this is true from a lot of different people and am wanting your take on it?

Most do. Not neccesarily their looks, but more so the personalities. People are attracted to the personality that most resembles their own so that they can understand their pet more. At least that's what I have heard.

My fiance and I take our dog to the dog park every week and we've seen hundreds of dogs with their owners and I try to look for that but I still haven't seen it. I think their personality's are more like the owners than their looks.

I think that owners resemble their pets. I mean, if you look like and act like a certain object or animal, surely you will gravitate toward it. Am I right?

not really but most owners try desperatly to look like ther pets haha

yes its on their masters behaviour . my dog is the same like me.
v had many dogs and each dog would resemble each member of my family

My dog was the Kindest, gentle, smart, and friendly dog I have ever met....
Our personalities were alike....she had a LOT of patience with people.

Yes-I have a cat...His personality is kinda as mine.He's always happy,but when hes sad (just like me) he isnt hiding it,he shows hes sadness.And love nature and company,jsut like me.I love animals...

My long haired Calico's beautiful, but she is very chubby. I'm not sure I want to look like her. The beauty I would like, the chubby.....I can do without.
