They keep saying they have posted it with proof of tracking no.
But i didnt get it...

And now they claim that they will refund to me coz apparently the shipping company screwed up...

Im just asking, if they dont return my money or i dont get my stuff...
What can i do other that call a dispute on the seller?
Since the information on his ebay is not legitimate..

What can i do?
Cyber cops ?would that actually work when i dont know who the seller is..
Plus the account no they gave me is maybe wont be them as they could put in someone else's account right?

I paid RM1,212 ..and its torcher that i couldnt get this settled..

I cant make a police report with just the email, phone number, account no ... it could be someone else..

Ebay will try to refund your money... from the seller, good luck with that. Ebay is a POS if you ask me. I've had a two crappy experiences with this too. After that, I went with amazon and never looked back. Yeah, that happens too in amazon, but the company will refund your money. Unlike ebay, sorry and good luck ;( Amazon <3

On your Ebay page, find dispute console and start an Item Not Received Dispute and don't close it until you either have the item or your money back, no matter what rubbish the seller tells you. Paid by PP - start a dispute there but bear in mind PP take (here in the UK £15.00) for admin fees but you should get the rest back. And leave the seller a big fat red neg to warn others too.

There is very little you can do other than file a grievance with eBay and PayPal, if you used them for payment. Basically, you're screwed.

hey there.

I sympathise with you sincerely.

I guess there's nothing much that could be done to get your money back.

but then, like we Singaporeans always hear the Malaysians ranting, MALAYSIA BOLEH!
