How can you be in two places at once,when you're not anywhere at all?

Is that what Cheney is trying to do? He says he's not in the Executive or Legislative,that the Vice Pres. is totaly 'outside' the Govt.
He paid more in just taxes on his Halliburton income than his salary as Vice Pres.! That explains a lot !

Cheney is using his position and influence to get lost of money in the Halliburton deals. There is money in politics and Cheney is the best exploiter.
