It is unlikely. Brady likes to spread the ball around too much for Moss to get that many catches. Although I do have a feeling that NE will have to play catch up so that might mean more catches for Stallworth and Moss.
Also, this last year none of the receivers got more than 61 catches.
Reche Caldwell - 61
Troy Brown - 43
Ben Watson - 49 TE
Kevin Faulk - 43 RB
Gabriel - 25
and it goes on from there.

Yup and I'll say 75-85 balls and 14 Td's he'll get plenty of oppourtunites to make plays. Anywhere he is on the field he's huge matchup problem. Did you happen to hear that Bill Bellicheck
had a private workout with Randy Moss? I think it was sometime before the draft. There were rumors right after it that Bellicheck had clocked him at a 4.29 in the 40 and when asked about his time at a press conference Moss responded
" Well let's just say the old Randy Moss is back " so look for Moss to be extremely productive within the system.
By the way Randy Moss was very frustrated with the raiders he was not utilized properly at all there's no decent QB to through the ball and no offensive line to block for the QB and there was no run game. So how can you expect anyone to make plays?

No, not a chance!
The Patriots spread the ball around and play a lot of the short game across the middle, something that Moss has never been terribly good at.
Moss is going to pout a lot, especially if they start losing ball games. The next question is whether his whining will bring down the rest of the team too.
70 catches? I don't see it

Ha...Moss is my favorite player so I would have to say more (if wishing) like 100 catches for 1500 yds and 13 tds BUT in reality...I'm guessing 70 is a good mark. I think we've already discovered that Brady/Moss combo will be good but he'll be the deep ball threat that will average 4-7 catches a game. 4*16=64 so I'd say 70 is a good mark...Lets just hope this works out and he has a pro bowl season like he has the skill to do...and so far it looks good! (btw even in the past brady has said he will spread around but with moss there? it will be the harrison/wayne/stockley version of NE...with moss being the harrison...stallworth wayne....and someone else who steps up the brandon stockley).

Yup...I'd say anywhere from 70-somewhere in the 80's
With an actual QB he should be great.
Also, with Stallworth taking some of the pressure off him...that will help a lot.
But one hing you won't see is Bradyjust throwing it to Moss and Stallworth...he'll still spread the field.

Only if he is a homo and you count catching guy's balls. First off they brought in too much talent to expect that one player will get 80 catches. Second, once Moss isn't getting every pass he will start taking plays off and start dropping balls, just look at his past for proof. Oh btw the top reciever last year? Caldwell with 61 catches AND he played every game.

I don'[t know about 70 balls, but I say at least 1000 yards and 10 TDs. Brady's going to love having 2 deep men.

even though brady passes the ball around to evey single receiver, he will still make sure he gets randy the most, cause he is right now the best receiver on there team. he might be the receiver they look for in third down conversions. he can catch the ball even if he is double teamed, only if he plays the same way. and thats gonna book him a trip to the pro bowl.
this is wat i think his stats would be:
-atleast 90 catches
-1400 yrds
-10 TDs.

I do agree with weapon X.....
The amount of different reliable targets Brady has, plus his tendency to spread the ball around effectively will be adverse to Randy's totals, but, with these otehr weapons, he should be able to see more mn coverage, and take advantage of a more spread out defense to gain more After-catch yardage. so, I see at best 80 catches, but probably 1200-1300 yards in his first year with brady, and more as they get more comfortable with each other.

Moss will catch at least over 70 balls. With 8TDs and maybe a probowl.
