Why Don't Arab Countries Question Their Own Policies And See If THAT Is What Causes Terrorism ?

We name envoys , diplomats and constantly question our own policies , but when do Arab countries do the same ?
Why does it seem that it's always oh so convenient to blame us , when they have trillions of barrels of 'liquid gold'/OIL to finance and take care of their own people ?

Army Retired Guy has it right. There may be a lot of money generated by oil for the Arab countries, but only a few of the countries (Kuwait) spread the income as actual wealth. (There aren't many Kuwaiti terrorists). Otherwise it stays at the top of the class structure.

Unfortunately, in a Theocracy, where even the public education has been taken over in a theocratic society. the world is very much viewed in a one dimensional manor. We've asked several countries since 9/11 to change the climate which fostered the type of hatred that brought 19 men to fly planes into buildings.
