Sometimes in the summer I will take a very cool, almost cold shower...but most of the time I prefer it hot and steamy! ;o)

first hot to get relaxed and cleanse the body better. And a cold shocking shower to regain my energy. It also improves the immune system according to most researches...

I start of with hot to get soapy and clean and then gradually turn to cool(not cold) to cool off.
