Aww...yeah I get that on Sunday morning too. I keep thinking aww the weekend is over, gotta go to work tomorrow ):-
Its a terrible feeling. It may have something to do with your work place or school. Maybe you just don't like your job. Well that's my case anyway. I guess changing your attitude towards Mondays can help. I try to think of Mondays as a new beginning. A time when I haven't messed up yet and haven't failed to meet any deadlines...then I drag myself outta bed after snoozing my alarm like 5 times, lol.

Yeah..I get Monday sickness. For me, when it happens, I don't want to come to work. The solution for me, at times, is to stay at home..lol. Some days I have so much work piled up on my desk, it is just like..when will Monday madness stop. But otherwise, I just turn on some good music, sing at my desk, and do my work to overcome the blues!

Yes, I have this every weekend. I start on Sunday morning dreading that I have to go back to my job the next day. I have compared my job to hell, prison etc. I really will be glad when I can move from here and get a better job. You sound like you have the same problem as me. Maybe a job change?

You know the answer, you're just afraid to listen.
If you constantly dread the thought of going in to work, it's time to change jobs.
Think about it.
You're working a job you dislike so much that you actually get "tired and worried" just thinking you're going to have to go back Monday.
Do you want to spend the rest of your life like that?

You need a career that excites you. Something that inspires you to get out of bed in the morning. Think about what you like to do, hobbies, interests, etc. and find a career that matches.

Life is too short to spend it working at a job you hate.
