So I went to the amusement park today and after I came back, I was really tired and wanted to go to sleep but I couldn't. Everytime I laid there, it felt like I was still riding a roller coaster and my heart began beating faster. I also felt shortness of breath. What is it and what can I do to make that all stop?

I hate that...most of us get that. i think its just your equilibrium being off balance kinda like when you drink allot you get that spin feeling when you close your eyes.

this happens to a lot of people, if you do something for too long all day, and you finally get to sit down & relax, you often feel like you're still doing that certain activity. Try to relax and watch tv, and try to take your mind off of it.

sounds like motion sickness coupled with anxiety.

meklasine (available over-the-counter) will help with the vertigo (motion sickness) and some chamoile tea and deep breaths should help with the anxiety. If it doesn't, it may be a little worse than that so check out anxiety in a search engine and about a million things that you can do to help it will pop up.
hope you feel better soon.
