i dont know if birthmarks have meanings, but i know that there are myths about some physic attributes having a connection to our life's. like palm readings. i have a birthmark directly in the center between my collar bones on the breast bone. iv always thought it meant something for some reason

Medically speaking, if you were born with it , it's a 'birthmark' and that's all. If it changes shape or color or reddens have it checked by a doctor.
Maternally speaking it is a 'birthmark', and it is the color of whatever food your mother ate a lot of during her carrying you, and she thinks it is the most darling thing.
Spiritually speaking it is a 'birthmark' and means the same as if the pattern were made of tea leaves in the bottom of a cup, and must be scrutinized by a gypsey.
