No, there haven't been any reports of anyone being born with two hearts. I recently remember reading an article on cardiovascular diseases and I distinctly recall the subject of two hearts come up, and like I said, they confirmed that there have never been any reports of a person with two hearts. The closest thing would probably be this incident: http://lpch.org/newsEvents/NewsReleases/heterotopic.html , where a heart was donated to a toddler while it kept the original one. Other than that the only time two hearts exist in a person is in conjoined twins (if you consider them one person).

Never heard of a person with 2 hearts, but 5% of the population has (3) functioning kidneys.
a relative of mine was having trouble passing a kidney stone, and the X-Ray they took showed he had 3 kidneys. The doctor said that is common to 5% of the population.

No, it is not possible for ever as ALMIGHTY ALLAH mentioned in Quran (chapter 33 , ayat 4) that no one have two hearts in his chest.
