One of the biggest lies in the entire history of India has been that of the so called "Aryan Invasion Theory".
This theory was first introduced to the world by the British, when they ruled India, and it's purpose was to keep Indian society divided in order to make it easier for them to rule.

The theory itself argues that ancient Indian society was ruled by Dravidians and there that there was a huge invasion by "Aryans" who were from Russia and central Asia. The theory argues that these Aryans brought the Vedic religion to India. The British also cooked up some stupid idea that all Brahmins and fair skinned Indians were of Aryan descent and all "lower caste" Indians and dark skinned Indians were of Dravidian descent.

The Aryan Invasion Theory is one of the biggest myths propagated about Indian history. Not only has there been no scientific / archaeological evidence to corroborate the Aryan Invasion theory, but furthermore, there has been an abundance of evidence to refute it.

The predominant reason that the British introduced this dirty piece of fiction into Indian classrooms was because, in light of the fact that India was first ever unified under the British Raj, the British were worried that there would be the establishment of Hindu unity and Hindu nationalism (that would cut across caste and creed) which could challenge their rule. That is why they sought to present Indian civilisation as a civilisation that was comprised of many completely different heterogeneous races.

By Refusing To Correctly Nullify The Aryan Invasion Theory As A Historically Incorrect Myth And By Continuing To Wrongly Teach It As A Historical Fact, The Communists/Leftists/Secularists, Who Comprise The Indian Government Are Carrying On The Antecedents Of DIVIDE AND RULE Established By The British Predecessors. Because let’s face it, the moment that Hindus unite by breaking out of caste and creed, and establish their Hindu religion as the first criteria of their identity, the first people to lose out would be the Communists / Leftists and Secularists who are currently oppressing the Indian population.

Aryan Invasion theory is a hoax. The british historians propagated it to (1) justify their own colonisation of other countries - so that they can say they are not the only culprit

(2) To divide Indians on the lines of Dravid v/s Aryans and see they succeeded a lot.... see the hatered of many tamilians against north indians and their languages.

During the 18th and 19th century Europen historians took pride of their race and made a false propaganda that where ever there was civilization it was due to 'mighty' Aryan race. They even went to the extent of saying that chinese were also influenced by a clan of aryans called "Tocharians". The British cleverly exploited this to ditch hindus and divide them along caste lines. Sanskrit word for Aryan means "Civilized" and NOT "Tall blue eyed and blonde haired person".

Because Aryan sounds cool - - - it was easier for a dweebish German to declare "I AM ARYAN" than to say with thick German accent, "I AM NORDIC."
And Aryan culture can be traced back to the dim mists of pre-history so it gives people a sence of validity to proclaim themselves Arayns as if that validates their existence and invalidates anyone who arrived later.

It is not a fiction, but a theoretical model of how Aryan linguistic and ethnic groups were introduced to both Europe and India.

The theory posited actual military invasion. However, this is not supported by archeological evidence.

Ten how do you explain the presence of Aryan groups in traditionally non-aryan populations?

In archeology, it is called Population drift. During times of overpopulation in the central Asian steppes, portions of the population would be forced to migrate to new areas because the resources of the steppes could not support growth. Thus, groups migrate in search of food and trade goods, rather than as military invaders.

They still move in to (invade) the areas, but it is peaceful invasive migration rather than warfare.
