The "center of point reflection", P, lies precisely halfway between a point and its image.

Precisely halfway between (-10,-15) and (6,13) lies the point
... P = (-2,-1).

(I simply took the averages of -10 and 6, and of -15 and 13.)

P is just the midpoint of these two points
the coordinate of P is
x = ( 6 - 10 )/2 = - 2
y = ( 13 - 15) /2 = - 1

answer: (- 2, -1)
