I went to youtube and watched the how to videos and saved the pages on my desktop by using firefox. But I can never find the swf folder! what am I doing wrong?

Try going to http://www.psponme.com and when you are on a page that lists the games look for the red link for the Instructions for putting the Flash Games on your PSP.

this is what you do.
save the swf file to you pc
rename the swf files to something easy (example: baseball or catch)
connect your psp to you pc
open your PSP folder, the COMMON
move those swf files to this folder
when it's done transferring, disconnect the usb cable
open up your internet browser on your psp
in the address bar, type this: F:\psp\common\(name of the swf file).swf
