It's a good thing if they give $2.8 million for health care and education. It will a lot of our kababayan specially those who live in the provinces particularly those who belong to the Club 20 provinces.
In those areas, RHU or rural health units are given priorities when it comes to foreign grants and donations. Not all grants are in the form of money though. They consist of medicines, medical equipments, and ambulance. RHU, in return, gives free medical services to far flung barangays and free immunizations, contraceptive pills, condoms, medicines for malaria, lectures on awareness about epidemics or "usong sakit" at that particular time.
So if it's really true that they will give that money for health care and education, that will help a lot.

$2.8 million for education and health care.
1. In a classroom situation it is 1 teacher per 50 -70 pupils in the public school, so what would i do is to hire more teachers to lessen the number of pupils per teacher.
2. hire more doctors and other health care personnel
3. build more classrooms
4. build more hospitals and or centers

construct more school buildings, employ more teachers who really have the passion to educate children, buy more necessary books for the children...
for the health care, first and foremost, clean all the surrounding/environment specially those places that are prone with mosquitoes that will scatter dengue, malaria and the likes. Give/ share healthy foods for the poor and needy, vitamins & medications should also be given.
We also need to give them at least a capital to start their own small business, to be able for them to catch up with daily life

That is not enough for both sectors Allan dahling. After all, we are in the Philippines. Reallistically speaking, half of that allocation would go to the operations, auditing and administrative divisions of the administering body. Of which goes to their pockets dahling, so I would only have $1.4 million left. I'd probably have half of that going to books nationwide and vaccine and medicine distribution for health centers only in Luzon dahling.

A lot!
Education
* Buy more chairs for students.
* Buy for more books so we have a 1:1 book-student ratio.
* Build more schools so there will only be one shift for students.
* Increase salaries of teachers to make teaching more competitive, therefore encouraging them to stay and not go abroad to work as domestic helpers.
Health
* Increase salaries of doctors and nurses in public hospitals, encouraging them to stay in the country.
* Build more health centers complete with first-aid kits and basic equipment to treat ordinary medicines
* Buy one ambulance for every health center.
* Build a scholarship fund for doctors and nurses. If you qualify for subsidy, you are required to stay for two years after you graduate, ensuring that we will not run out of healthcare professionals.

$2.8m = P50m right? so probably a lot.
for education you just have to spend it on classrooms, more good teachers and for the quality of education.
for health care, i guess spend it on some kind of insurance for workers or children or families...
However allocation should be monitored so that the money will definitly go to where it is intended.

i will have a budget with a low salary at P1M per year each of my 5 staff. mine will be P2M, excluding the purchase of 2 service vehicles, Ford Ranger, rent a refurbished office space at Mckinley Hill, install high tech communication equipment and gadgets, and allocate for my once a week travel to the beneficiary provincial school and hospitals.
i will contribute 1 elementary classroom each of the barangays in every city and in every municipality. provide with 1 unit computer each.
Daily feeding program will be given to pupils. for all we know, a child doesn't like to go to school having an empty stomach.
it will take me 3 years to finish this project.
and of course, ten percent will go to SOP.
