Have you told your Wife how u feel...? If you ahven't sit your wife down tell your wife how you feel about the whole situation of your In-Laws Living with you..
Tell your wife its time your Parents move out of our house & find their own place to live. So that we could be independent live together as Husband & wife.
As for you not allowed to see your own family Your wife has no right to say you can't see ya family thats your family thats your blood thats gave life to YOU!

Before you got married, does you have any idea that you're marrying your wife in package deal?
If yes, your in-laws are not the source of your real problem.
If no, can you live with your wife's family? When you marry your wife, her family are your family too.
Talk to your wife, tell her what's on your mind. And probably you can settle compromise agreement with her.
It is not the issue of what is mine or what is yours but what is ours.

GET YOUR CITIZENSHIP - you are HERE, go do whatever you NEED to do, NOW. You've been here 3 years, what's the hang up?? I'm really sorry, but I'm one of those "nasty" born and raised in the USA, that firmly believes you NEED to follow our laws FIRST, THEN you can bask in the splendors of what this country has to offer you - like personal FREEDOM!!

In what way do you wish to use the law? Are you a US citizen? Who's supporting the folks living in this residence?

No need to go such an extend but I think both of you need to really talk it over this family matter. Just put it clearly to her that as she has her family with her, so it should be fair that you have your family here as well. Good luck.
