In my opinion a trojan horse terrorist network should be created to instigate internal turmoil within all jihadist terror organizations in order to have them fight one another until the Darwin effect prevails and the lesser of the gene pool eventually eliminate themselves. After the years of Darwinian instigation there should rise the trojan horse which eliminates and takes over Fatah and Hamas and then this trojan horse decides peace is applicable and follows through with this peace plan.
