I would probably wear some black pants and maybe a white dress shirt with some black slip ons whatever is comfortable to you im sure some kids will just wear jeans and a t-shirt.

Could you wear the same outfit you wore to your brother's graduation?
Dress slacks & dress shirt would be most appropriate, tie optional. Suit coat, nah.

just wear a cute sundress or a cute skirt with a niceish top...nothing super revealing....or a nice pair of pants with a niceish top....
