go to crucial.com and see what type of ram u need ... and ur manufacturers site to check the specs of how much u can install ...

like the person above stated it could be any of those 3 things..my bet is on the video card or the internet connection..what is your lag running at on high speed cable internet a good lag should be in the 100s if your still skipping then look at your video card becuase wow has problems with certian video cards
