ttpltttt: The only thing I wish is that our leadership would conduct themselves honorably and actually BE everything we purport the U.S. to be!!
We are becoming a nation closer to the one we fought bravely against in the 1700's!!!

Nope, and Nope, who's international Law, certainly isn't ours. Were the United States of America, and we don't belong to some international nation where we have to answer to somebody else, way it is, way it always should be! .... Let them come get them :)
PS. Screw the UN, as far as I'm concerned they can move out of NYC forever! All they do is get bank rolled by us for nothing. And last time i checked, the secretary general of the UN wasn't in a position to make political decisions for the USA.

There looks , by the article you provided, to be alot of confusion by the Germans as to what is even going on. They dont even know the names of the people they want extradited.
and this seems to be all on the word of this one man.
I say no. And Kelly this is a ICC issue which the USA is not a member of and isnt under jurisdiction of.
There should be joint investigation though.

If we weren't 27 years into this Orwell novel the answer would be obvious to most, if not all Americans.
Of course the warrants should be honored
America should not be above international law, the Geneva Conventions
Those bastards kidnapped and tortured a man...for nothing
The 13 CIA criminals should be encouraged to give up who gave them their orders...and their superiors should be brought in, and then their superiors superiors should be brought in….. all the way up the ladder until the originator of the order is discovered, and then that bastard should be tried as well.

Could any country survive without intelligence? It was the total lack of intelligence gathering that lead to 911.
Spying is a dirty business. We learned that the hard way. Clinton banned our spies from doing business with any nefarious characters. The only problem with that is that Mother Theresa usually does not have inside info on terrorists.
If we submit to that warrant it would be the end of any effectiveness of the CIA.

Since when did the Bush administration ever pay attention to international law? Bush will read the warrant, crunch it up into a ball and toss it in the waste basket. If I was him, I would say, "Sure, we'll hand over our agents...just as soon as you hand over to us all the WWII nazis that are still hiding in Germany so we can try them for war crimes." See what reaction Angela Merkel has after that.

I have said right from the begining, The demise of Bushco will come from Bushco insiders.
There are just too many people who will be willing to trade testimony against Bush and Cheney in exchange for immunity from their own prosecution.
In 50 years PBS will STILL be coming up with NEW stories on what these people have done.........

Jeeze, do you ever stop wishing bad things on Americans? I wish they'd hand you over.
::Do you think this is the first time in history our country or ANY country has done things imperfectly? Do you ever concentrate on what other countries who are insulting the USA are doing? Life is f*cking imperfect. You are ridiculously influenced by people who say your country is bad. The sky is not falling. You'll find MOST countries have less ethics than ours. You just NEVER LOOK AT ANY OTHER COUNTRIES MISTAKES OR PROBLEMS.
