Uh, I sort of understand your question. Hugo Chavez has a right to be pissed at the U.S. because the CIA has tried to 'wack' him several times. They've tried to kill him but failed. I would be p*ssed off. And yes, the CIA is trying to undermine the Iranian government. That's no surprise either. When it comes to the USA, America's interest come first. F*ck everybody else.
