Majority, Plurality and proportional election systems. Which systems is believed for the fairest to small political parties and why ?

Candidates garnering the majority votes must be declared the winner because it is the real voice of the people unlike the plurality and propertional elections when representatives could swing the votes in favor of a candidate not even garnering the most votes.
