To add to bikertrash's excellent advice, the size of tool to remove the caliper from the bracket is 12mm. Once removed, the size of socket needed to remove the caliper bracket is 15mm. I would recommend using a 1/2" drive socket and johnson bar to remove the caliper bracket, since it will be tight to loosen. Hope this helps.

Remove the wheel, remove the caliper slide pins and hang the caliper out of the way, remove the caliper bracket bolts and bracket, the rotor should come right off now, if it is rusted on use a wood block and a hammer to knock it loose, then clean all the rust out and use anti-seize to prevent it from rusting back on.

Jack up the car remove the wheel,pinch out the two slides that hold the caliper on and slide the rotor off.
