jermaine is better individually but has shown he can not carry the team on his shoulders. he can not be called a franchise player. while for odom, he has to play support to another superstar. he and kobe dont mesh together

im gonna say jermaine is better cause odom hasn't played up to his expectations. O'neal is more agressive he can dunk better and he's not affraid to scrap lol
