I heard too that the child was killed the next day after the mom or something too. Could you imagine being that boy and seeing your mom like that? Then your own dad turning on you? How frightening

I don't care how great a wrestler he might have been, he didn't need a special tribute for the unthinkable crime of killing his wife and child. He's no hero; he turned into a maniac (possibly from using anabolic steroids) and then he was giving his little boy growth hormone shots. He was a sick, evil bastard with no thought for those he should have protected from harm. Shame on him!

Its a terrible thing that Chris Benoit did and no he didnt deserve the "tribute" that he was given, BUT That was done BEFORE the facts of what had actually happend came to light. I was like so many other fans when I heard that he and his family where dead, I wanted to know who would do such a thing? and as the story played out we found out that He had done it. I am torn in my opinoin about what has happend, I cant concieve of any parent harming there child for ANY reason.. Yet I am still saddend by the loss of one hell of a wrestler. I watched Chris wrestle for many years and it breaks my heart to know that he did this evil thing.

My Heart goes out to the family that remains & to the freinds and associates of Chris Benoit in the WWE, they have been just as shocked by all of this as anyone else..

its an awful thing i couldn't believe this when i heard it. at first i was like man thats sad he died then i heard what he had done and i wanted to scream. its like one thing right after another some people in this world are just too crazy. they said that he was under a lot of pressure..**** well then take your own life not your wife and kids..its sad that he had to do that to his family. especially his poor son he was just a kid hadn't even lived a full life..i have a wonderful wife, six kids we became a parents as a teens. and im in the marines.i know for a fact i have seen and been through more then that so called man. and i would never once think of hurting my family or myself because im too stressed out and can't handle life any longer thats just an excuse to leave behind the hardship of life. but to me the hard times are what make the great times even better to live through but thats me

I can't imagine the horror but, if there's a bright side, the child had some sort of retardation so perhaps he thought mommy was sleeping. I pray that he didn't endure much and believe that children aren't allowed to feel suffering like adults. I think that perhaps it's a divine mercy because they're so innocent.

I don't think he did it, he had too much going for him and his family. I have watched him wrestle since he first started in professional wrestling, and I really don't think he could do something like that, but I now have a whole new respect for the wrestlers that I once despised, how can you not stand an EDGE who is crying over his friend, or molenko who has lost two of his best friends, Eddie G. and Chris Benoit, plus he had a wrestler friend staying at the house all weekend before it happened, he left on sunday morning. Chris loved his family, you could tell it in his eyes, how much they meant to him.

This guy was no f*cking hero and did NOT deserve any kind of special tribute honoring him. He was a freakin' loser on steroids that couldn't handle life and had to take his family down with him. Big f*cking coward and murderer! If there is a hell, I hope he's there! Anyone who has any ounce of respect for this guy needs to pull their heads out of their a.s.s.e.s. I bet his parents are real proud.

To play devil's advocate, the tribute was probably planned before they found out what he had done. The media can really make itself look like a bunch of morons, they don't seem to get the whole story before jumping on the proverbial band wagon.

I think it is just sad...no matter what angle you look at it. 3 people lost their lives. We may never know what really happened but I cannot imagine what their last hours were like and my prayers go out to their family.

Personally, I don't think you should do a tribute show for a cold blooded killer. Not to mention a coward that took his own life.
