on mlb.com when the games end u can watch the game in 700 K streaming for free, is it alright to download the stream off a video stream downloader or could u get introuble for that? thanks

According to their own terms of use:
"... Except for downloading one copy of the Materials on any single computer for your personal, non-commercial home use, you must not reproduce, prepare derivative works based upon, distribute, perform or display the Materials without first obtaining the written permission of MLBAM..."
So as long as you keep your own stuff on your own PC, and never reproduce it (i.e. share it, burn additional copies for friends and so on) you should be fine.

You'd probably have to consult the site for that but i'd say it'd be fine as long as you didn't sell it or something.
