Edit; It's not like I'm agaisnt it. I myself am a homosexual. I was just curious.

Also, a fanbased website has an entire topic about the homosexual tones in his novels. I'm not pulling this out of thin air.

He is; in an interview with Entertainment Weekly, he revealed that he had a male partner, however he did not want this information to be published, and stated this on his website.

No - But I have heard the terms "shock writer" and "sexist" being thrown around in discussions about him. There are always going to be critics.

I think what makes him great is his ability to bring out the humanity in even the most deviant of characters.

Maybe we should look for a little humanity on Yahoo Answers as well.

I think that is an inappropriate question. His sexual preferences are private unless he chooses to make them public in his work - then we will all know. You may see a hint of homosexual overtones but perhaps you are the only one. I certainly do not. But then again, I am not looking because it is not my business. Pax - C

I have no clue. I enjoy his books though. Haunted was a painfully good read. I have yet to read Choke.

Some fan I am.

Either way, it wouldn't disrupt my love for his writing.
